About Us
Jessica Saft

Jessica brings a lifelong spirit of enthusiasm and knowledge for all things relating to the horse industry. She has been showing and competing from the young age of 4. These formative years were spent under the direction of Barbara Goda at Friday Farm in Atlanta, GA showing Morgan horses. Jessica transitioned to the American Saddlebred and showed under the direction of Bill and Lisa Waller at Clover Leaf Stables in Knoxville, TN. Through these years with both Morgan and Saddlebred breeds, Jessica worked hard and competed in shows from the local/regional level to National and World Championships earning top ribbons.

Before opening Paragon Stables in December of 2017, Jessica had 14 years experience working as an assistant trainer and instructor as well as an equine veterinary technician. As an assistant trainer/instructor, she was fortunate to work with world champion horses and terrific clients. Jessica held the position of Equine Veterinary Technician while living in Seattle, WA and Memphis, TN where she gained invaluable knowledge that further enhanced her overall experience and ability to contribute to the care and training of horses.

Jessica is an active member of Chapter 16 United Professional Horseman’s Association, the US Equestrian Federation and the American Saddle Horse Association and American Hackney Horse Society. Jessica is committed to a very high standard while working as a team to provide the best care and training for the horses, teaching all levels of riders to reach their goals and with her belief in the ‘hands on’ approach, ensuring each individual has a great experience along the way.
